  • What is your return policy?

    We want to be sure you’re as happy with your tracktable lifestyle products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, the product needs to be unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased from an  authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

  • Can I exchange items?

    We do not offer exchanges at this time but feel free to follow our Return & Refund procedure for a full refund.

  • How much is the delivery fee?

    All items are sent via USPS First Class shipping. The shipping rate depends on your location, however the standard shipping is usually around $6.95.

  • How can I get free shipping?

    Free standard shipping is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount) $50 or above under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • How Long does it take before my order gets shipped?

    We are aiming to have your order shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year.

  • Is my phone compatible with the retractor box and belt?

    Yes, Tracktable Lifestyle retractor box/Belt is compatible with any phone but if you have a magnetic phone do not apply the clip directly to it since magnets repel the adhesive and won't hold the clip propertly to avoid that get a non magnetic case and attache the clip to it.
